Key Responsibilities:

– Company’s retention strategy

– The whole promotions (bonus) ecosystem

– The company’s loyalty program.

– Customer Reactivation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience, working in a senior position as a CRM manager in a gaming company.
  • Marketing background or similar.
  • Exceptional data analytical skills and data driven decision making.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
